At the Wisdom Cultural and Educational Organization (WCEO), we believe that true leadership thinking is hidden within the underlying systems we have "yet to see." We take you beyond the spectator's view, penetrating the glamorous "Surface" (Front Stage) to unlock the "Underlying Logic" (Backstage) that keeps this island running.

This is a 6-day system-decoding experiment. Alongside 40 international teammates, you will form a "Decoding Squad" to decipher the city’s operational source code alongside master professionals—cultivating real-world competitiveness that remains essential and irreplaceable in the AI era.
