1. Check-In & Arrival
✅ Daily Check-in: 8:30 AM
(The class starts at 9:15 AM. We highly recommend that campers check in before this time.)
👨👧👦 Process: Parents must sign campers in at the designated check-in table for their child’s assigned class.
🖨️ Assignments: You will receive a confirmation email with your child’s class assignment one week before camp starts. Please print and sign the consent from the email for check-in.
2. Daily Check-Out & Early Pick-Up
Standard Pick-Up: 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM (Monday–Thursday for 5-Day; Monday–Wednesday for 4-Day).
Last Day Pick-Up: Around 3:30 PM (following the closing ceremony).
Security Protocol: Please report to the check-out table and sign out before entering the pick-up area. We will not release your child to anyone without a verified check-out confirmation.
💸 Late Fees: Please be punctual. Late pick-ups will incur a $1/minute fee.
Early Pick-Up: If you must pick up your child early, please report to the camp office first. To avoid class disruption, please aim for these times: 10:15 AM, 11:45 AM, 1:15 PM, 2:15 PM, or 3:30 PM.
3. Daily Supplies & Belongings
🎒 No Backpacks: Please do not send campers with backpacks. We provide all stationery and materials.
🚰 Water Bottles: Campers must bring a name-labeled, refillable water bottle daily. Hydration is a priority!
👕 T-Shirts: Your child will receive two camp T-shirts on “Day 1” and will change into one after check-in.
🏷️ Labeling: Please label all belongings (bottles, lunch boxes, clothes) with your child’s first and last name.
4. Meals & Snacks
🍱 Daily Lunch: Please pack a lunch daily unless you selected the lunch option on your registration form.
🔌 No Microwaves: Please pack food that does not require heating. An insulated bag with an ice pack is recommended.
🍪 Snacks:
AM: A complimentary small snack is provided at 10:30 AM.
PM: Please pack a small snack for 3:45 PM (except on the last day).
5. Health & Safety
💊 Medication: Prescription or scheduled medication must be in its original packaging. Provide clear instructions to staff during check-in at the campsite.
6. Last Day Events (Friday for 5-Day; Thursday for 4-Day)
Parents are cordially invited to join us on campus for our final showcase:
Parallel Parent & Child Learning (親子分組學習): 1:10 PM – 1:45 PM (Check-in at 1:00 PM).
Closing Ceremony & Performance (結業式 & 成果展): 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM.
Details: Seating begins after Parallel Learning. Scan the QR code on-site for the program. As this may be outdoors, feel free to bring a lawn chair and water bottle.
Non-Attendance: If you cannot attend, please pick up your child by 3:30 PM.
