Program Policies

As a participant of this program, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisdom Culture and Education Organization (WCEO) and CYLA against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf. I acknowledge that WCEO, CYLA, and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of WCEO or CYLA.

My legal guardians and I will provide our own liability insurance and all costs that accidents may require will be my responsibility.

Refund Policy

If there are any circumstances that will prevent you from attending the program, please notify us via email at cyla@wceo.org to receive a refund minus a $45 handling fee.

Refund deadlines by session:

• Session A (June 19–21): on or before May 25, 2026

• Session B (July 24–26): on or before June 25, 2026
  No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the respective deadlines above.

Media Notice

At WCEO events, photography, audio, and video recording may take place for documentation and promotional purposes. By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of these materials — including photographs, videos, and audio recordings: on our websites, social media, and other promotional channels.

We handle all media with care and respect. If you have specific concerns about how your child's image or likeness may be used, please reach out to us at cyla@wceo.org before the program begins. We are happy to discuss your concerns and work with you on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to opt out of media usage entirely, please notify us in writing at cyla@wceo.org before the first day of the program.

By completing registration, participants and their parent or legal guardian confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the policies listed on this page.
