Growing up between cultures is not simple. You carry multiple worlds inside you: your family's history, the community you were raised in, and the society you navigate every day. Sometimes these worlds feel like they don't quite fit together.
CYLA doesn't offer easy answers. It offers something rarer: a space to ask harder questions, alongside people who understand exactly what you're carrying.
Over three days, you'll work through real challenges with peers who get it. You'll learn from people who have turned that complexity into fuel. And when it's over, you'll step into GO-YCA, a year-long community that stays with you through the whole journey.
Not because it looks good on a résumé. Because growing up takes time, and you shouldn't have to do it alone.

長大從來都不是一件容易的事。
你同時活在好幾個世界裡：家裡說的語言、學校的文化、朋友之間的默契，還有那個你還在摸索的自己。有時候這些世界彼此衝突，有時候你不知道自己究竟屬於哪裡。
沒有人告訴你答案。因為答案本來就要自己去找。
CYLA 不是一個告訴你「應該怎樣」的訓練營。它是一個讓你真正去試、去挑戰、去發現自己可以做到什麼的地方。三天，和一群懂得你處境的同伴，一起面對真實的挑戰。
這三天結束之後，你會加入 GO-YCA，一個陪你走完整個學年的社群。不是為了履歷，不是為了獎項，而是因為成長需要時間，需要陪伴。
